TERMS OF SALE
The following Terms of Sale apply to sales at www.Hidesight.com (”the Web Shop”). Hidesight is an trademark and product owned by KM-Precision y-2099493-8. You are instructed to read these Terms of Sale before placing any orders. By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale may be updated by Hidesight.com in the future.
The Web Shop is intended for sales to consumers only. If you are below the age of 16 you must gain parental approval before submitting any order through the Web Shop. A binding purchase agreement is concluded when your order have been confirmed by us (Order Confirmation). The order is sent by paying the contents of the Web Shop shopping cart. When you make an order you agree to these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery charges. If the e-mail address is provided at the time of the order, the order will be sent in an order confirmation via e-mail. Order Confirmation displays the ordered products, as well as the price.
On rare occasions a certain product may run out of stock. If the missing item will not be replenished, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Hidesight.com may propose an alternative product or if that is not possible, or if such alternative product is rejected may have to cancel part of or the entire order. Hidesight.com reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud or similar activity, such as unauthorized use of another´s credit card, is suspected.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices at the Web Shop are current prices and may be changed at any time. Hidesight.com is not bound by price indications in the Webshop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occured due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Prices for eu and Finnish customers are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the Web Shop. Prices for non-EU customers does not include VAT. Additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice or as may otherwise be instructed at the Web Shop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider Paybyway/Maksukaista (Paybyway Oy, y-2486559-4), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard. Paybyway/Maksukaista, which is registered in the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority to maintain a register of payment institutions . The payment happens through the Paybyway web service and the payee’s account statement shows Paybyway Oy as the pay receiver . Paybyway transmit the payments to the online merchant (Hidesight.com). Payment is safe, as all of the payment transaction information is transmitted using a secure connection so that no third party can see the transaction details. The transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security. The user sees Paybyway Oy as the recipient of the payment made.
Maksukaista (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Maksukaista. Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing. Paying with Maksukaista is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. For purchases paid with a payment card (Debit/Credit: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), the online shop is the marketer of the purchased products and delivers the order to the online shop customer. In such case, Paybyway Oy is the seller and the receiver of the payment, and therefore, is responsible for the obligations related to card payments and card payment reclamations. The Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment receiver in the credit card transaction listing.
Card payments can be performed online safely with the Nets SSL-secured payment form. Our company does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder.

With Maksukaista you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards, Jousto and Everyday.
Jousto: With Jousto invoice and part-payment you can pay in over 4000 online shop in Finland. With Jousto invoice, you get 14 days payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur). With Jousto part-payment, you get max 12 months payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur and monthly interest rate 2,42%). More information: www.jousto.com.
Everyday: Everyday credit limit is at least 300 eur. Pay with one transaction by the end of next month (no extra fees) or with monthly payments. Minimum sum per monthly payment is 1/5 of the total sum of the bill. After the due date, 5% monthly interest rate is added. Annualized percentage rate for typical 500 eur credit is 48,52 %. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
All campaigns with reduced price are limited in time. Multiple offers can normally not be combined. A discount code or voucher is only valid once per customer and purchase. In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, the Web Shop reserves the right to cancel the order in question.
On orders eligible for a gift or discount the value of the gift/discount is considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the entire order is sent back for exchange or refund the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount will only be credited.
Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from Order Confirmation. Product delivery time for products in stock is usually 4-6 working days to Finland, 5-10 working days to other EU countries, and 10-15 working days to non EU countries. If the products to be supplied are made to order products, delivery time is generally 2-4 weeks. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal. In case of a delay in delivery of more than ten (10) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, contact us at email@example.com and we shall investigate the matter. If the parcel has been verified by the parcel carrier to be lost in mail we will make an reshipment of the item(s) if possible, or make other arrangements. Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns below to email@example.com. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We offer you a 20-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods. If you wish to make such a return please follow out return instructions . Items shall be returned here under, properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and salable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective, you should contact our Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund of some kind. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. If the product is damaged during shipment, the shopper shall notify hidesight.com without delay, but within 10 days of receiving the shipment. The receiver of the damaged packages must immediately notify the deliverer of the delivery company. Returns here under shall be sent to address specifically instructed by us.
If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for return instructions. When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, contact details, order number and reason for return. In case of a return or exchange the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer. We will refund the value of the goods upon receiving of them or exchange them, if requested and stock available.
Please note that the web shop cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
Returns and exchanges mailed to Hidesight.com may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once a return is processed a credit is issued to the original payment type used for your original purchase.
By submitting an order at the Web Shop you consent to us processing your personal data. Your purchase may involve the collection and processing by us, of your personal data, for example of the data you fill out in the order form, including your civic registration number as the case may be, or the personal data processing that may be necessary to execute your payment. We will use your personal data to manage your purchase (including with respect to payment, delivery and any returns and/or refunds), for marketing purposes and to improve the services and design of the Web Shop. Your personal data may be transferred by us to another company of our company group and/or to certain selected third parties involved in e.g. payment transactions or deliveries, some of which may be located outside the European Union (and which may therefore involve transfer of data to such non-EU countries), but then only to meet our commitments to you in connection with your purchase. We reserve the right to submit your personal data, in whole or in part, as may be required following a mandatory order of the police or prosecutor’s office or by a court of competent jurisdiction or another government agency having appropriate authority, including for the investigation of (suspected) fraud or other crime against you or a third party. Such disclosure will be limited to personal data that are relevant and/or necessary to meet such request and we will do our best to keep you properly informed of any such disclosure.
Your personal data will be stored only for as long as is needed or for as long as is provided by law. In case you wish to be removed from any direct mailing lists, please contact our Customer Service. We will not sell your personal data to any third party for such third party’s marketing campaigns or for any unsolicited marketing unrelated to your purchase(s) at the Web Shop.
Certain products referred to at the Website may not be available in your country. We disclaim liability for any apparent typos on the Website. While we aim at providing as accurate as possible descriptions and images on the Website, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products sold by us, due to a number of factors such as the colour contrast configurations of your internet browser or computer monitor. All pictures are therefore to be seen as illustrations and are not guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of a product.

WHY IS YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONES SO LONG?
The terms and conditions is long only to protect us from possible fraud. The most important things are: Our payment service provider Paybyway/Maksukaista. Prices for EU customers include VAT. Prices for non-EU customers don’t have VAT. Additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority. Delivery times are between 5-15 work days. You 20-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods. If item is already shipped then it must be returned, before refund of some kind. Note that the we cannot refund delivery, tax or duty costs for deliveries to international addresses. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order at any point up to the completion and shipment of your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm cancellation. Please make sure you include your full name, your order number and a clear declaration that you wish to cancel the order in the e-mail.
If your order has already shipped, you can return your purchase to us in accordance with our return policy described above.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
On www.hidesight.com we accept international credit cards such as Visa Credit/Debit and Mastercard. Please note that we only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. Inside Finland also accept online banktransfers from Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken.
WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN DECLINED?
Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

Perhaps your credit card does not allow international purchases?

IS VAT, FREIGHT COSTS AND CUSTOM FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Prices on the Website include local VAT 24%. Non-EU customer purchases do not include VAT. Hidesight.com reserves the right to amend prices to reflect any changes in local VAT. If you are a non-EU customer, please be aware that on products imported into a country outside the European Union, customs clearance charges and certain taxes (such as VAT) and other levies may be incurred in such country of import and will sometimes have to be paid to Customs authorities before the goods can be released from Customs control. Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient) and unfortunately we are not able to inform you about which specific charges will apply for your purchase. WHAT CURRENCY WILL YOU WITHDRAW THE PAYMENT IN?
We will bill you credit card in Euro.
Shipping inside European Union costs 10€. Shipping to other countries costs 15€. Shipping is done by Posti Finland, and the package will be delivered to you by your postal service. Tracking number is provided, by an email after the shipment has been sent.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We try to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. When your order has been shipped we will send you another e-mail so you can be sure that your package is on its way!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order are normally shipped via your local postal service. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 7-14 business days. Some packages can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Orders may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your package can be delivered in some non-EU countries. Please note that for orders outside the EU, custom charges may apply at your expense.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will provide you with an tracking number.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN´T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please, can we ask that you allow 5 business days for an order being delivered within Finland, 10 business days for an order being delivered within Europe and 15 business days for an order being delivery to any other country, before contacting us to advise that you have not received your item.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense. Additionally orders that are abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense.
DELIVERIES & CUSTOMS?
If you are a non-EU customer, please be aware that on products imported into a country outside the European Union, customs clearance charges and certain taxes (such as VAT) and other levies may be incurred in such country of import and will sometimes have to be paid to Customs authorities before the goods can be released from Customs control. Products sold to EU countries have Finnish VAT 24% included in the prices.

Does Hidesight work with iron sights?
Yes it works, the sights have to be in front of the Hidesight. Diopter sights do not work, sights have to be open sights. Sighting trough iron sights is significantly harder than using red dot/holographical sight. However if the intent is to use iron sights only in normal mode, then use of any iron sights is possible provided they are at the same optical height as Hidesight.
Hidesight has a 1 year warranty, starting from time of purchase. If you encounter troubles after the warranty has expired, just contact us.
My country is not on the shipping list?
If your country is not in the country list in the shipping address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will investigate the shipping possibilities, shipping duration, shipping prices and add your country to the list.
